La Clairière Hotel, Logis de France, is your ideal base in Chambon sur Dolore to explore the Livradois Forez right in the heart of Auvergne.

In one of the most central and tranquil area in the park, our family hotel will offer you a relaxing and peaceful stay to recharge your batteries. Five generations have worked hard to offer you exceptional accommodations. The rooms have balconies that offer a view on the typical rural town square, so the atmosphere is rustic and bucolic. This way we ensure an excellent atmosphere in our many areas where guests enjoy the local life. Taste our buffet breakfast composed of home-made fresh and local food.

The hotel is near both outdoor activities (hiking, mountain biking, ski, horse riding…) and cultural hobbies with a lot of points of interest and tours.

With 10 rooms and a 160-seat restaurant, the hotel welcomes you as individual or a group. A lot of facilities are available and adapted to all kind of visitors: for instance, there is a bikes garage to store your bicycles, motorbikes, quad bikes, also a room to store your horse-riding equipment and a vast field for the horses.

Nos menus

 

Bon et Bien manger ; la philosophie de l’hôtel restaurant La Clairière.

Le restaurant la Clairière fonctionne depuis à présent 5 générations, au fil des années il a su se créer une certaine identité, notamment sur les cuisses de grenouilles, sa grande spécialité. En venant dans cet établissement vous pourrez donc profiter de différents menus grenouilles à volonté. Par ailleurs, notre jeune équipe de chefs que constitue le restaurant joue de sa créativité en changeant leur carte 3 fois par an afin d’adapter les plats au mieux aux produits locaux et saisonniers. Une cuisine alliant nos racines régionales (spécialités auvergnates) et modernité, vous sont cuisinées tout au long de l’année. C’est en travaillant avec ces prestataires (voir dans “nos valeurs”), et par amour de la bonne cuisine que nous bénéficions du titre de Maître restaurateur , garantissant donc une cuisine basée sur des produits frais et bruts.
